Summer Room with Utility and Garage
Project Details
This was for a couple in Adlington who had an old leaking conservatory with the same old problem of being too hot in the summer and too cold in winter. We replaced the conservatory with a new summer room which had two tall windows on both walls and bi folding doors along one side, providing ample of natural light and giving views of the garden and distant fields. On the opposite side of the house we added an extension which consisted of a utility, W.C and a single garage which was connected by a walk way and canopy. We also added a porch on the front of the house. To finish off we added new U.P.V.C fascia and soffits.Â
