Rear single storey extension
Project Details
This was for a customer in bolton who wanted to move her modestly sized kitchen from the front to the back of the house. To achieve this we built a small extension and added the appropriate R.S.J's to open up the rear of the property.
There were slight signs of damp in areas of the house, so we added a damp proof membrane throughout the ground floor.
We installed new windows to the whole property and added the bi-folding doors so they can benefit from the large garden.
To finish, we fitted the new kitchen.
