This was for a couple in Westhoughton who were moving their daughter and her young family in with them. It needed to work for both families so they had space together but also their own living areas. The original house was re skimmed and re modelled and a large double storey extension was added, which allowed for a second living room as well as a ground floor bedroom with wet room en suite. We added more square footage upstairs and remodelled the existing layout to provide 4 double bedrooms 2 of which had en suites. The master bathroom was also re configured. The whole house was rewired and re plastered with a full new central heating system.
